Forum News : An influx of unhappy customers with other services

I was browsing around yesterday, and found a LOT of complaints about other forum services. I won't name them, but they would either not start posting and never give a refund to their clients, or would post like machines just to get the job done.

This is troubling to me because it gives forum services like mine a bad rap. Forum Advantage is Quality... and our customer service is top notch. If any of our clients are unhappy for any reason, we take care of them, we don't dismiss their claims as I'm seeing from other testimonials, the other services are doing.
